Presentation of the Index of Economic Freedom 2010

On February 22nd, Ambassador Terry Miller, the Director of the Center for International Trade and Economics (CITE) at The Heritage Foundation, presented the 2010 Index of Economic Freedom to the press and later during a discussion titled: "Is the rule of law at stake in Europe?"


The Index of Economic Freedom covers 183 countries around the world, ranking 179 of them with an economic freedom score based on 10 measures of economic openness, regulatory efficiency, the rule of law, and competitiveness.
